DIGITALBRAIN / Website Design & Development

UI/UX Design

Clarify how people use your website or product interface through user journeys, wireframes, interface design, and implementation-ready guidance.

A USEFUL STARTING POINT FOR

Websites or digital products that need clearer navigation, interaction design, or a consistent visual interface.

THE ROLE OF THIS SERVICE

Clear work.
A specific business purpose.

UI/UX design brings structure to both the experience and its presentation. DigitalBrain helps define the tasks users need to complete, the information they need, and the states the interface must handle. Wireframes and prototypes make those decisions reviewable before development. The scope can focus on a single journey or a coordinated set of screens, depending on the problem.

WHAT THE SCOPE CAN INCLUDE

  • 01

    User-task and journey definition

  • 02

    Wireframes and information hierarchy

  • 03

Responsive interface designs and reusable styles

  • 04

Prototype or developer handover within scope

The final proposal confirms the deliverables, responsibilities, tools, and review process for your business.

YOUR DELIVERY PLAN

A clear starting point.
A practical way forward.

Use these phases to discuss the work. Timing and fees depend on the agreed scope; platform subscriptions, production costs, and advertising spend are identified separately where relevant.

PHASE 01

Understand the task

Identify the audience, goals, and points of friction.

  • Journey and requirements brief
  • Content and interaction priorities
PHASE 02

Explore & design

Turn the agreed structure into reviewable screens.

  • Wireframes and interface designs
  • Responsive and state variations
PHASE 03

Validate & hand over

Review the design against the intended tasks.

  • Usability feedback and revisions
  • Implementation notes and assets

WHAT WE REVIEW

Measure the work
in context.

Design review considers task clarity, consistency, readability, keyboard and responsive behavior, and the evidence available from users. Visual appeal alone is not treated as proof of conversion improvement.

HELPFUL BEFORE WE START

  • Product or website goals
  • Existing screens and relevant user feedback
  • Technical constraints and content requirements

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Know what
you’re choosing.

Is development included with UI/UX design?

Not automatically. Design deliverables and frontend development can be commissioned together, but the proposal identifies them separately.

Will you conduct user research?

Research methods, participant recruitment, and testing depth must be agreed in scope. A design review should not be presented as research with users if no user sessions took place.
